PRE-PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUNSCULPTING

Please follow the below instructions carefully. 

Failure to comply may result in the canceling or rescheduling of your procedure.

30 days before treatment:

• Stop Smoking! Nicotine use prevent proper healing, results and increases risk of complications.

7 days before treatment:

• No alcohol

• No Aspirin, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Vitamin E, Pletal, all herbal preparations

• Discontinue any medications that may affect your ability to clot properly unless directed by physician

• Discontinue all-natural products, supplements, vitamins or anything not regulated by the FDA

• Please notify us if anything in your medical history has changed.

Day before treatment:

• Take 1 antibiotic before bed 

• Pack a treatment bag to bring with the following items:

• Entertainment items (phone, headphones, etc.)

• An old towel and an old wash cloth

• Wear comfortable clothes that can get fluids on them (Sweats, pjs, etc.)

• Pick up your prescriptions (if not earlier)

• Shave treatment area(s)

Day of Treatment

• BRING ALL MEDICATIONS TO TREATMENT - DO NOT TAKE UNTIL WE TELL YOU - IF YOU DON’T HAVE ALL OF THEM WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOU

• Only take antibiotic night before, nothing else

• Eat a good sized meal (you need a full stomach with meds)

• NO caffeine (this will nullify the effects of the pre-sedation)

• Stay hydrated before and after procedure - electrolytes are best

• Bring treatment bag and medications to procedure
